Introducing Hotel Athenaeums exclusive botanical restaurant, a tropical escape based on the concept 'Botanical Glamour' taking inspiration from floral gardens in order to transport guests to an oasis of exotic decadence.
Botanical glamour design creates a luscious environment through the use of flora and fauna wallpapers, soft layering of textures and plant foliage. The bold colours and patterns drawn from the concept create an exotic and exclusive environment. This restaurant captures the vibrant elements of nature to allow guests to have a relaxed dining experience within a luxury setting.
The restaurant features stunning botanical prints accentuated by the wide array of natural foliage in the space. The main area of the restaurant includes a unique ceiling design with multiple suspended circular sections of emerald marble featuring trailing foliage to complete the look.
The bar is featured at the end of the restaurant and created from the same stunning emerale marble used in the ceiling design the back of the bar features three arched antique mirrors with surrounding foliage finished off with rustic maple panelling across the enitre wall.
An intimate setting is created by the floor-to-ceiling windows that showcase a magnificent 'living wall' outside. This also provides an interesting area for seating looking out to view the array of tropical foliage for a calming atmosphere.
Another focal point to the restaurant is the extension space featuring banquette seating, delicate screen dividers and luxurious gold leaf ceiling. The back wall of this area also has six nooks with arched antiwue mirrors to add interest to the space. The flooring in this area changes to a stunning bespoke carpet design which brings all the botanical elements in the space together with a soft finish.
